The Bars

With two bars available to members and their guests, our fully stocked service is open on five days a week, closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. You’ll be served by friendly and efficient bar staff, who are happy to welcome visitors from near and far.

The spacious main bar is furnished with comfortable seating, supplemented by an outside covered balcony that overlooks the 18^th fairway. It’s just perfect, on a warm summer evening, for watching the players complete a round.

The back bar is generally where you’ll find our club golfers congregating after a competitive round, ready to re-examine their errors or be flushed with their own success. There’s always plenty of animated conversation and no shortage of robust humour, especially on a Saturday afternoon. With subscription television available, you’ll be able to keep up with whatever sport is dominating the weekend’s headlines. The back bar is also equipped with a darts board and, in a separate space, our full-sized snooker table.

The Restaurant

The Club’s restaurant is open to members and non-members alike; you’ll always be assured of a warm welcome, polished service and exceptionally good food. Alan and Pauline Dodds established our catering operation in 2013 and have developed a sure understanding of their customers’ tastes, so whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee, an après-golf bar snack or treat yourself to a full three-course feast from the a la carte menu, our restaurant will cater for every taste.

Every Sunday, from 1pm – 5.30pm, we offer a highly popular carvery, often fully subscribed, with a wide choice of meats, vegetables, sides and sauces. Booking is recommended to ensure your place at the table. We also organise occasional special gastronomic treats, such as the well-loved Steak Nights, as well as Mexican or Indian-themed meals.
